
Recipes with healthy foods hidden?
There are some cookbooks like Deceptively Delicious that have ways of putting healthy foods, vegetables, etc.. in normal recipes to make it healthy for children. I wanted to find some of those types of recipes online, know any websites?
When I was younger my mom used to mix mashed potatoes and carrots so it was like we were eating orange mashed potatoes. I often mix spinach with rice. Lasagna is another way to add veggies and the children wouldn’t notice.
