Can spring-form cake pans be use for other recipes besides cheesecake?
I have 3 new spring-form pans and I’d like to get more use out of them and avoid getting sick of cheesecake

I used to live in Germany and that’s where they invented them and they use them for all kinds of cakes there. However mostly the kind with a base that you roll out, like a scone base, rather than the very runny creamed method cakes.
